Q. What are the technical requirements for using InstaMember ?
A. Here are the requirements:
- Apache 2 server with "mod_rewrite" enabled
- PHP 5.2 or later with cURL extension installed
- MySQL Database
- WordPress 3.5.0 +
Q. Are there any ongoing fees for InstaMember?
A. No. InstaMember is a one-time purchase. You’ll also receive ongoing support at no extra cost. However, if you would like unlimited updates after the initial year from your purchase date, there is a $37/year charge. But if you don’t want updates after the initial year, there are absolutely no ongoing fees.
Q. What is the difference between a Single Site and an Unlimited Site License?
A. The Single Site license can only be used on one website or domain. If you have only one website where you want to use the membership plugin, this is the best choice for you. The Unlimited Site and Developer licenses may be used on unlimited websites or domains, so if you want to use the membership plugin on more than one website these are better options.
Q. Can I use InstaMember on my Clients’ sites?
A. If you’ve purchased the Developer License then the answer is yes.
Q. Can I upgrade my plan later?
A. Yes. Upgrading is easy. You can upgrade at anytime, simply login to your InstaMember member area with your username and password. Go to the Upgrade page to upgrade your license - you’ll only need to pay the difference between your existing license to the license you want to be upgraded to.
Q. What payment processors or shopping carts can be integrated with InstaMember?
A. InstaMember is fully integrated with PayPal Payment Standard, 2Checkout, Authorize.net, Payza, 1ShoppingCart, ClickBank, WSO Pro Standard, WSO Pro Adaptive, JVZoo, ProductPay, Deal Guardian, E-Junkie, Nancast, and DigiResults.
Q. What AutoResponders can be integrated with InstaMember?
A. InstaMember is fully integrated with AWeber, GetResponse, MailChimp, Constant Contact, iContact, ImnicaMail and InfusionSoft. InstaMember also support other autoresponders as long as you have the autoresponder code in HTML version.
Q. Does InstaMember work with WPMU?
A. InstaMember is not compatible with WPMU at the moment.
